These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VivaahAI website and mobile application (together, the “Service”), operated by VivaahAI (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to marry under applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and profile creation.
• You may register and maintain only one active profile, either for yourself or, where permitted, on behalf of an immediate family member with their consent.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Accounts are created and verified using a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you regarding your account, matches, and transactions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that use false identities, duplicate profiles, or misleading information.

While using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• Post false, misleading, or another person's photos or information.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other members.
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation, advertising, or matchmaking outside of VivaahAI without our written consent.
• Upload content that is obscene, unlawful, discriminatory, or infringes on someone else's rights.
• Attempt to circumvent verification, security features, or rate limits, or scrape data from the Service.
• Request money, gifts, or financial information from another member.

Violation of these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination without refund.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information and photos on your profile. VivaahAI offers profile verification badges and AI-assisted checks to improve trust, but these do not constitute a guarantee of a member's identity, intentions, marital status, or background. You should independently verify any information before making personal or financial decisions about another member.

• Certain features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase (e.g., Premium, Boosts). Prices and features are listed on the Service and may change with notice.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways; VivaahAI does not store your full card or bank details.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date from Settings → Subscription.
• Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy — generally, cancellations made within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund; after 7 days, the plan runs until the end of the current billing period.

The Service, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by VivaahAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you post (such as photos and profile text), and you grant VivaahAI a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and use that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

VivaahAI is a platform that facilitates introductions between members; we do not guarantee compatibility, successful matches, or marriage outcomes, and we are not a party to any relationship or agreement between members. Please review our Safety guidance before meeting another member in person, and always exercise caution when sharing personal information or meeting someone you connected with online.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VivaahAI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including interactions with other members. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior, or at our reasonable discretion to protect the community. You may delete your account at any time — see our Account Deletion page for instructions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
