Two Ways to Delete Your Account

In the App (Recommended)

Instant & permanent

Open the VivaahAI app
Log in with your registered mobile number.

Go to your Profile → Settings
Tap the profile icon, then open Settings from the menu.

Scroll to Account and tap “Delete Account”
You’ll see a warning that this cannot be undone.

Type DELETE to confirm
Your account, profile, photos, matches, and messages are removed immediately.

Can’t Access the App?

Processed within 7 business days

If you’ve lost access to your phone number or the app, use the request form below. Our team will verify your identity using your registered details and permanently delete your account and data on your behalf.

For your security, we may reach out via your registered email or number to confirm the request before deleting anything.

Deleted Immediately

Your profile, photos, and bio
Matches, connections, and chat messages
Preferences, interests, and saved/bookmarked profiles
Your login credentials and session access

Retained Briefly, Then Purged

Encrypted backups — purged within 30 days
Fraud-prevention and security logs — purged within 90 days
Transaction and billing records — retained only as long as required by applicable tax and financial regulations
